  This can be anywhere from 60 min- 180 min and will depend on what we end up working with. This will always be different as we will "go with the flow". Please plan for 3 hours in case we do go that long. It is also a great idea, if possible, to plan your whole day around this and allow yourself to have some space after your session. This is powerful work and you will pull a lot to the surface to work with.
